PART I HERE
STEP 3:
The mixing.
Got your hair tied up? This is where things can go very wrong.
*You can skip this part if the resin you are using does not need to be mixed.*
You need your resin, measuring tool, like those black ones I have, your disposable cup, and your craft stick/mixing tool.
Choose your measuring size (keep in mind a little goes a long way), and take one of the 1:1 ratio bottle of EasyCast. I usually start out with the white bottle, but I think you can use the black one first with no problem since they will both be mixed.

Fill your measuring tool to the rim then gently pour it into your cup. I suggest pouring it close to the very bottom so non of it gets on the sides of the wall of your cup.
Useful tip: be as precise as possible. Having too little or too much of one liquid can completely ruin your project/charm. It can either make it too wet, sticky, basically just dreadful and a pain to clean up.
Repeat this step with the other bottle.
You will now have this:

STEP 4:
Stirring and pouring.
Use your mixing tool and firmly mix your resin for exactly two minutes. Make sure to scrape the sides and bottom of the cup occasionally to make sure it mixes correctly.
Do not over mix! This can cause TONS of bubbles that may or may not go away after pouring.
Also make sure not to under mix! The 1:1 may not completely blend and it will cause damaged charms.
Useful tips: stir in a circular motion, zig-zags, and scrapes.

After stirring, you will have lots and lots of bubbles in your resin. Do not worry, they will most likely disappear when you let it sit for an hour or so. If you do not have bubbles, you probably did not stir it enough or it was left to sit our for a little bit.
This is usually how the resin looks after stirring:

Here comes the pouring.
Pick out your mold(s) of choice.
When pouring, make sure the cup is not tipped at an angle that would make it come out fast. You want to pour slowly and carefully.
I suggest holding the cup near the edge of the mold to make sure resin doesn’t get everywhere.
You want to pour a very thin layer of resin in the mold if you are planning to put stickers and such in it. This makes sure your sticker/cabochon/such is the center of attention.

(Above you can see that the star is a little less than half filled. The heart in the back was accidentally filled to the very top;;)
STEP 5:
Waiting.
If you are putting cabochons and stickers in your resin, let your first layer of resin sit for 1-2 hours before adding them. Waiting this long will allow the resin to become very sticky and on it’s way to the drying stage.
