As more and more people are wanting decked out cell phone cases, containers, and other misc. things, there is a wide variety of bedazzled cases you can find at little kiosks in malls and such. So, many are turning to making their own cute decoden creations.
It is, unfortunately, hard to find exactly what you want for a reasonable price SO- This mini tutorial shows different materials that can be used for decoden and bedazzling a case or container of your very own! ☆ミ(o*・ω・)ノ

First thing’s first, you need something to decoden!

What NOT to decoden:

The second thing(s) you will need is either decoden creme, silicon, glue.
Decoden creme- these come in different colors, some are very lightweight, and these can be found online or in a specialty store. Decoden creme gives it a whipped cream effect or a frosting effect.
Silicon- this can be found in both squeezable and tube form. I personally use silicon because it is easy to access and it is cheaper. Though it is not as lightweight as deco creme, it is still very reliable. (Note: if you are getting the non-squeezable kind, you will need a calking gun and icing bags to do the job). Silicon gives it a frosting or whipped cream look (when used with an icing tip).
Glue- I know plenty of people who do not like their cellphones looking like desserts, so glue is an essential when bedazzling AND when adding large pieces to your decoden piece. I personally use E6000, but you can also use super glue or, if your piece is heat tolerant, a hot glue gun.

Third, you will need you deco/bedazzling pieces!
You can find dozens upon dozens of online decoden shops that sell all of these! Don’t be afraid to look in local stores either, because they also might have what you need (like rhinestones and pearls).
Cabochons are basically like plastic, resin, clay pieces. They can be bows, buttons, figurines, and you can have many of them!

Also, if you like glitter, go ahead and put some on top of your whipped cream when you are done! :)
